LUBRATECH QUENCH 2770

It is a high performance hardening oil with high hardening capability and very little evaporation. These oils have been developed for use in closed and open pit systems. It prevents the atmosphere (atmosphere) in which the process is performed to be negatively affected by oil vapor and provides rapid disintegration of the vapor film in the charge. Because of this feature, all materials in the process can be cooled homogeneously and quickly. Due to their high evaporation and oxidation resistance, these oils are often used in open baths. It can be preferred in terms of working environment as it prevents formation such as fire, soot and smoke.
